Mindfulness & Crafting
Students can unwind, boost their confidence, and connect with peers as they create calm crafts in a peaceful, supportive environment. Some of the examples of what students will relax by participating in or making are: meditation/mindful breathing, motivational chalking, kindness rock painting, friendship bracelets, watercolor paintings, positive affirmations, playing board games, and some yoga!
