Trumbull High School’s Certified Athletic Trainers will be running a preseason camp that will be focusing on conditioning, core strength, flexibility, agility, general strength and foot-work. This will hopefully prevent injuries during the season along with getting you prepared and in shape for tryouts and the fall season
