Mother's Helper Training CPR 

The Mother’s Helper Training Program is designed specifically for responsible middle school students ages 11 through 14 who are interested in assisting families with childcare in a supervised and structured capacity. This foundational program introduces students to the responsibilities of supporting parents, caring for younger children safely, and developing leadership skills at an early age. Students will receive training in: Infant & Child CPR, AED use for pediatric emergencies, Basic First Aid, Choking response for infants and children, Emergency preparedness basics, Proper hand washing techniques, Safe food preparation fundamentals, Diaper changing procedures, Safe supervision practices, Introduction to child development, Age-appropriate educational activities, Positive communication skills, CPR/AED and First Aid certification is issued under the American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI). Upon completion, students receive: ASHI Pediatric CPR/AED & First Aid Certification, Certificate of Completion – Mother’s Helper Training. This program builds confidence, responsibility, and early workforce readiness while maintaining appropriate developmental expectations for middle school learners.
